Casual Flex was founded in late 2024 by Darian Bates, a fitness coach from Melbourne, Australia, who saw a gap in the gym wear space for women who wanted something different.

Tired of squeezing into crop tops and leggings that never stayed in place, Darian set out to create apparel that feels good, looks good, and lets you focus on your training—not your outfit. She noticed she kept buying oversized men’s gear just to feel comfortable, and figured, “If I feel this way, surely other women do too.”

Casual Flex is for women who train hard, stay lowkey, and don’t feel like showing off to feel strong. The pieces are designed to be relaxed, oversized, and built for movement—without compromising on style or quality.
