Overview

This site is run by Casual Flex (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using it or buying from us, you sign on to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including linked policies like Privacy and Returns. Keep using it means you’re okay with any updates we post. Our store’s hosted on Shopify.

1. Your Commitment

You’re of legal age in your area. Don’t break laws, don’t push viruses, don’t violate copyrights. Violate these, you’re out—no questions.

2. Service Rulebook

We can refuse service. Content you submit (minus credit card data) can move through insecure networks—that’s just how the net works. Don’t copy or resell stuff from the site without our permission.

3. Accuracy of Info

Info on this site might be outdated or wrong. Use it at your own risk. It’s your job to check if it's still valid.

4. Changes to Service & Prices

Prices, products, and services can change without warning. We’re not liable for any fallout from stopping or altering the service.

5. Product Details

Some items might be online-only or limited. Displaying colours/images doesn’t guarantee your screen shows them accurately. We can limit sales, regions, quantities, or cancel products anytime.

6. Billing & Account Info

We can refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Keep your contact and payment info accurate. If we cancel, we’ll try to reach out.
